agree  Carlos Hernández: De acuerdo, pero "sector" en lugar de "industria". "Industria" en este sentido es un anglicismo como una casa, al menos con el contexto que tenemos. Por ejemplo, si está hablando de empresas de marketing, es absurdo hablar de insdustria :-)

"esto es en parte por lo que se están viendo atraídos hacia este campo / sector / profesión / industria"
IMHO una traducción literal no funciona en este caso, por lo que yo me inclino por un giro que implica que el empleo en dicho sector es atractivo por la razón que previamente debe mencionar.
