copresidente de la junta (directiva)


Explanation:
el diccionario de la Real Academia muestra "copresidente" en vez de co-presidente.

pienso que es importante distinguir entre "president" y "chairman", no quieren decir lo mismo. President es, por supuesto, presidente. Pero chairman se refiere al presidente de la junta directiva.
