English term or phrase: 24/7

Does anyone know if Latins in the US are familiar with the abbreviation 24/7 for 24 hours 7 days a week? The technical translation into spanish is very long and a client wants to know if they can just have something very close to "Sale 24/7".... any thoughts?

En EE.UU., los hispanos sí entienden este término. En todo caso, tendrías que poner: "las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana".

Si la frase real es ésta: "Shop 24/7", deseas algo corto y será un aviso de TV, ¿qué tal si pones "Abierto todo el día"? Creo que eso podría resumir todo...

For TV, even if the term is SHOP, then ABIERTO 24/7 will express that you can get in, shop, or what ever possible... Seven eleven got that clear...
