Another option would be to leave it in English.

That seems to how at least 3 of the airlines that offer this class have approached it:

Obviously, you'll have a far better idea of who will be answering the survey you're translating :-) So, I'd go for whichever term you think it's most likely that the survey audience will have heard/had printed on their boarding card in reference to the class they traveled in.

Como lo sospechaba, depende de la aerolínea: Premium Turista para Air France, Classica Plus para Alitalia
Yo optaría por "turista superior" o "superior/premium"...
