Para este caso en particular, "tienda" me suena poco adecuado. No puedo fundamentar muy bien por qué, simplemente me ocurre así.
Yo diría "comercios".

Explanation:
Luego de leer las sugerencias de los colegas, que me disculpe Bigedsenior pero Ferreterías es el único término que no pondría. En cuanto a tiendas, no me convence, y como comercio (que es muy buena opción) deja fuera la posibilidad de que se trate como sugirió Bigedsenior, de un taller (como un workshop) agrícola, es que te envío una palabra ambigua, por si no tienes en el resto del texto alguna aclaración al respecto. Chau, chau, chau.
