Hours of work
The Employee will be required to work the hours directed by the Employer which shall be:
a. Maximum 100 hours flight time during a calendar month.
b.When required by the Employer, roistered for reserve duty (standby) to cover sickness and other operational contingencies. Reserve duty shall cover a specified duty period during which the Employee shall be on immediate readiness to proceed to the airport for scheduled departures within that duty period. Sign on shall be within 60 minutes of all out subject to traffic flows.
