Hi to all!

I'm sorry and I know it sounds silly but I cannot get the translation of "as of the more" in this context.

It is an aircarft leasing contract, specifically the exhibit about maintenance reserves, and they are giving the formula to calculate the reserves for LLPs of engines (Life Limited Parts), and on item "D" they say:

D= The total number of Cycles accumulated on such LLP as of the more recent to occur of (a) the Delivery Date, and (b) the immediately preceding True Up Date (the translation for True Up Date here is "Fecha de cálculo") for such engine.

Please, I know usually it is simple, but I can't get the right translation here.

Any help is welcome.
