En inglés, la única diferencia entre buffing y polishing está en que el primero es un pulido con materiales menos agresivos, así que partes pulidas está bien.
Appearance y Plated puedes convertirlas en sustantivos, pues ninguna de las dos suele usarse mucho como adjetivo en este tipo de terminología.
O sea: Partes pulidas, decoración, chapado o piezas con alto nivel acabado superficial
