Camera module (CM)
Contains the camera body, lens, and optical filter, as well as an electronic digital back that transmits
the digital images to the camera control computer.
Camera control computer
Interface computer for the camera module, managed with a Wacom touch screen. Controls the
camera settings, provides True Forward Motion Compensation (True FMC), and transmits information
to the CM from the NAV and position orientation system (POS).
Shutter control box
Co-ordinates the shutter and digital back on the camera module, and also controls shutter parameters,
forward motion compensation signals, and the lens heater. |
