El término se encuentra en un manual de procedimientos para tripulantes de cabina. Concretamente se refiere a los procedimientos que se siguen con los alimentos del bar y con los productos que se venden a bordo del avión, en cuanto a precintos, recuentos de existencias etc..

La traducción es para España. El término "bond" me sugiere que podría referirse a algún tipo de personal "de enlace" que supervisa el estado del avión etc entre turnos. No sé si voy bien encaminado, desde luego no encuentro ningún término relacionado con las líneas aéreas que incluya la palabra "enlace". También aparece la palabra "bond" para referirse a un puesto de trabajo ("the Catering bonds")
