English to Spanish translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Aerospace / Aviation / Space / G suit
English term or phrase: two logs under
From the same paper. CONTEXT:

"It is worth noting that the use of X did not prevent redout or greyout in all extreme scenarios, but when it did, the GFBSI was at a level two logs under that of Y."

Both X and Y are placeholders for two models of G suits. "GFSI" stands for "G-Force Body Severity Index".

I'm guessing "logs" refers to "logarithm" or something like that, but I don't know exactly how I should translate the expression "two logs under". TIA.

Spanish translation:dos marcas por debajo
Explanation:
Si bien" log" podría corresponder a logaritmo, creo que en este caso, corresponde a las marcas en las gráficas de las variables(placeholders) X/Y, y que no entra en la complejidad logaritmica.
Log, V T(Naut, Aer) → anotar, apuntar.
Otra traducción puede ser : registrar. O sea que , "dos registros por debajo",como sinónimo de marca, no me parece mal.

dos registros (de logaritmos) por debajo (de)

Explanation:
That's right, 'log' is the abbreviation for 'logarithm'.
I guess the text refers to a "table of logs" where X and Y are placeholders of reference for the experiment carried out.
I would therefore use **registro(s) de logaritmo** if we're talking about rows in that table.
