Creo que a esto le está faltando justificaciones y de poco te va a servir que te digamos la historia o la evolución. Es una cuestión de énfasis o enfoque. Creo que si hablamos de evolución nos referimos más a los aspectos biológicos (características físicas / mentales quizás) que fue adquiriendo el hombre con el paso del tiempo. Ahora bien, si te inclinás por utilizar la historia del hombre creo que ya entrarían en juego otras cuestiones que tienen que ver con el entorno (no exclusivamente los aspectos físicos, de adaptación, etc). Bueno, espero que esta breve y escueta explicación te ayude. salud...

agree  elere: puesto que clasifican la pregunta como antropología, que trata de la especie humana biológica y socialmente, me parece lo mejor, además no es sexista.

agree  Heidi C: es lo que yo habría escrito, y evita todo el debate "políticamente correcto". No estoy de acuerdo no el comentario de Lakasa, puesto que "Humanity" en inglés no se usaría en este sentido, pero en español si funciona. Saludos y felices fiestas :)
