Estoy traduciendo unas encuestas de satisfacción y casi al final se le pregunta al encuestado cuál es su origen étnico.
Existen varias combinaciones y a raíz de esto, tengo la duda sobre la traducción de "American". Se ha dicho mucho que el uso correcto es "estadounidense" cuando se refiere precisamente a las personas nacidas en EE. UU. Sin embargo, en todas partes hoy por hoy se refieren a los estadounidenses como americanos, quisiera saber qué opinan y, preguntarles cómo traducirían los siguientes orígenes étnicos:
