El texto habla de los estudios realizados en una momia. Dan algunas características, entre ellas la edad, pero no comprendo bien la expresión: early to late 30s

entre 30 y 40 años
Explanation:
early se refiere a los ciercarnos al 30 (31, 32, 33) y late más cerca de los 40. "She's in her early 30" sería entre 30 y 35. No es una expresión que tengamos en castellano así que lo pondría así. También podría ser "entre 30 y 39" pero por uso me parece mejor usar esta. Espero que te sirva.

Creo que es una manera de expresar que tiene entre 31 (early 30s) y 39 (late 30s).
También podría ser: En sus treintas.
