Usualmente se usa "pit lime" como sinónimo de "slaked lime", la cual es "cal viva".

Respecto a tu pregunta de diccionarios en línea, me temo que nunca he visto esos dos...espero que alguien más te pueda brindar ayuda al respecto :)
