blank page waiting to be filled up and paf! A credit. I’m still trying to get
credits, and I’m forty. I really have seen the Raphaels in Rome. Yes, they
certainly were fine, and I should have done it earlier.’

¿Qué es aquí "credit", una nota (académica) o algo más general? Es de una carta del pintor Renoir desde Roma.

Mi hija me informa que la nota que está más alta que NB es la NOT (notable), y la mejor de todas es la SOB (sobresaliente). El profesor las escribe así en el trabajo. SaludoZ :-)
