For Spain pls, see below thanks. I believe this means or is referring to applying layers with the brush too harshly? Help appreciated thanks

Matte Varnish

•Permanent varnish to protect surfaces
•Establishes an even non-glare matte finish
•Protects against UV damage
•Translucent when wet, dries clear
•Matte reduces color intensity
•Permanent, non-yellowing, flexible and water resistant when dry
•Gently stir before using
•Do not thin with water
•Apply at least two thin coats, allow minimum 3 hours drying between coats (for best results, apply thin first coat of Gloss Varnish)
•Continuous over brushing or vigorous brushing may result in fogging after drying
