Es un producto que la marca es esa, pero se traduce en una parte, y no la puedo sacar.

Es el título.

Lo que encontré es esto:

No-Fire Snow basically looks like white frosting, or whipped topping. You apply it to ceramic projects to get the look of textured snow or frosting, or even fur on animal figurines, and can even color it with acrylic paints to create whatever color you need. Glittering No-Fire Snow is just the regular white with specks of glitter in it.

Explanation:
He buscado un catálogo de la marca Duncan en español y solo he encontrado este de un establecimiento argentino:http://www.esmaltycolor.com/duncan_sc09.html
Esta página no funciona demasiado bien, pero si pinchas en el enlace que te he dado y, una vez ahí, en la opción 0 de abajo del todo verás que todos los productos de ese grupo son "esmaltes sin cocción". La opción 9 te lleva al esmalte efecto nieve. Lo de "purpurina" es mi propio añadido :-) No he encontrado más referencias, así que no estoy muy segura.
