See below. Explanation: All of the proposed answers are very similar and all of them are absolutely correct. However, if the notebook were mine, I would just label it "Español". As a student of English and Russian I have always wrote "English" or "Russky" to my notebooks, I don't think it's necessary to specify "cuaderno de..." as it's more than obvious that the object you are naming is a notebook.
