"punto que podía llevar a una ruptura del trato" (ver cita) es correcto, sin embargo "ruptura del trato" a secas no es correcto como traducción de "deal breaker". Un "deal breaker" es una acción que puede tener esa ruptura como consecuencia, pero no es la ruptura en sí.
