Science - Astronomy & Space / solar corona | | English term or phrase: it actually gets a lot hotter before it cools off | | The full sentence is as follows: "As you move away from the solar surface, into the sun's outer atmosphere, the corona, it actually gets a lot hotter before it cools off". I would translate it as "De hecho, a medida que te alejas de la superficie solar hacia la atmósfera exterior del sol la temperatura de la corona aumenta mucho, antes de empezar a enfriarse", but somehow I feel I am missing something.
