"Well, the Administration has clearly gone far beyond "damning with faint praise" with their SLS proposal, blew right past the "setting it up for failure" stage, and gone straight to "putting up a target and painting a big red X on it".
I doubt that this proposal was ever meant to be taken seriously, and was more of a "You's lookin at me? You's got a problem? Let's step into the alley and have a little 'discussion'." type of message. Nothing but cancellation bait."
