como bien dijeron, aca las conocemos como casas rodantes. pero hay un problema. si decimos "casa rodante" puede ser tanto una que se engancha atras de un auto o camioneta, o un colectivo. el termino completo, que diferencia una de la otra, es casa rodante de arrastre.

disagree  Trans Team: El término "de arrastre" implica que no tiene propulsión propia, o sea motor. Si te fijas, se habla de un motor vehicle, por eso creo que no hay un término en español adecuado y lo que se usa es "motor home".

O bien,

Casa rodante tipo remolque.
Incluso he visto que también les llaman Casa-remolque.

Creo que es lo mejor para poder diferenciarla de las que vienen completas "motor home" (RV)
