can it be translated as "gestionamiento de tránsito"?
Explanation: En realidad depende a lo que se refiere el texto, si se refiere al transito de autos a la hora pico por ejemplo, seria embotellamiento o congestion de transito, pero si se refiere por ejemplo a un seguro bumper-to-bumper, se refiere a un seguro integral que cubre todo ( bueno, casi todo), y asi depende del contexto.
I wonder where you get your information from. I'm British and we've always talked about "bumper-to-bumper" where I come from. Plus, there is even a chain of stores called this, apart from many other "British hits" on Google. Just asking!
I just thought I'd point out to you that "nose to tail" is American English and "bumper to bumper" is British English and not vice versa.
