It's a manual of GPS-Navigator. It's Q&A section. It's one of the conditions, on which the unit may not map-match the correct position.

The tiers were replaced.

Mi sugerencia, después de ver que Tier GPS Navigator aparece fácilmente en Google. Cito parte de uno de los links sugeridos:
"Los receptores GPS, a excepción de los modelos más sencillos, incorporan distintos niveles de información cartográfica, como parte de su software interno, que puede ir desde las coordenadas de toda una serie de ciudades, a la posición exacta de una gasolinera marcada sobre un mapa digital."

Could be a typo? Would make sense...speaking of tyres having been replaced and changing the calibration data, right?

En una parte dice lo siguiente:
