"Representative one-site inhibitor curves for mifepristone, CDB-2914, CDB-4124, or CDB-4453 are illustrated in Fig. 4, and the results of three separate determinations are presented in Table 2. All four compounds were potent antagonists of R5020-induced transactivation. There was no significant difference in IC50’s between mifepristone and CDB-2914, whereas both of these compounds were two to three-fold more potent than CDB-4124 or its putative metabolite (P less than 0.05)."
