El "8-fold pooling" no sé a qué se refiere, es posible que combinen ADN de 8 plantas?? o son 8 fragmentos diferentes de ADN de la misma planta?? me pierdoooo....

Asker: ¡Ahora lo entiendo! al principio me parecía extraño que juntaran el ADN de diferentes plantas, pero resulta que agrupan los ADN para tener que hacer menos pruebas y luego, si detectan mutación en alguna de las combinaciones, analizan los ADN de la combinación por separado para comprobar cuál es la planta portadora de la mutación. Ahora todo tiene sentido, muchas gracias por iluminarme con tu sabiduría!! :)
