I'm guessing again in this one. This translation that I offer refers to the kind of loan or financing that you get from a car dealship in order to get on the wheels. Of course, since you owe money to the dealer, this is a loan and you pay some interest. Dealer= concensionario (in Colombia), however, it might be different in other countries.
