cuota de mercado en unidades Explanation: It probably refers to market share, but in units, and not in value (dollars, for example). I have found a couple of sites where they say "unit market share", which is more clear, and they definitely talk about the market share in units of product. Several sites in Spanish use the term "cuota de mercado en unidades", which is the translation that I would use. You can check out the attached links. Un saludo.
