English term or phrase: Sharesave scheme
It is a type of scheme that companies offer to their employees by which they can buy its shares through a savings scheme run by a building society or bank. As a term it is quite fixed in English (UK), but I do not know the equivalent in Spanish (European).
Oooof! Here that's still called "derecho preferencial de
compra de acciones" and its only given by a VERY LIMITED number of companies (Telefónica for executives - the stock options - , BBVA, and this one for rank and file employees) but this phrase also covers preferential clients (Bankinter, Santander). There's nothing as widespread as the plans that are covered by building societies, although banks may be quite open, as they make a business of it.

plan (de empleado) para la compra de acciones
AS far as I'm aware, this is uncommon in Spain. Even 'stock options' was, from what I gathered, a novel development, and that was only for company directors.
Essentially it is an encouragement to invest one's SAVINGS in SHARES, geared towards EMPLOYEES
plan de empleado para la compra de acciones
plan de compra de acciones por parte de los empeados
También mira a 'stock options' en Google. La idea es parecido, solo reservada, en el caso de España, a los directores
