En España es una SL, se trata de una sociedad en la que los socios, en caso de quiebra, no se hacen cargo con sus bienes personales, sino únicamente con los de la sociedad limitada.

disagree  Pablo Tarantino: No, eso sería una LLC. En una LLP los socios no son responsables por la negligencia de los otros socios.
