"Supuestos Cubiertos" "Supuestos Objeto de Cobertura"


Explanation:
Los daños y perjuicios, multas, etc. no serían actos sino "supuestos" o hechos contemplados por el contrato de seguro (supongo que un seguro de responsabilidad civil)que podrían dar lugar a una reclamación y a la obligación de pagar por parte de la persona objeto de la misma, y en último término a la obligación por parte de la compañía de seguros de indemnizarla.
