Aquí "bank mandates " está utilizado en el sentido de "mandato para arreglar xxx transacción".La Cia.informa que está negociando con varios Bancos para que le organicen un "deal" ( emisión de acciones y su colocación,emisión de Bonos en los mercados internacionales,etc). Por eso habla de varios Bancos.No está relacionado con manejode cuentas ,etc.
