Si es para España, tal vez funcione mejor orden. Pedido también puede ser. Y si no te gusta eso de orden abierta, que puedes añadir de compra si estás segura de ello, siempre tienes orden general (como ya te han dicho), global, genérica... También lo he visto traducido como permanente, pero suele ser más bien "standing order". Un saludo
