usufructuario Explanation: Boy, have you chosen a toughie! Though I'm not totally confident that this is the exact equivalent (there may not be one), it's the one I go back time and time again after reconsidering it (including lengthy discussions with lawyers graduated both in the US and in Latin America). Lately I've come to like more and more--not out of exhaustion, but because I do believe it really fulfills the requirements of "beneficial owners:" someone who enjoys the fruits of an asset but does not have at the time legal title of actual ownership, although that person does have ownership of the trust (that's the difference that gets me). El Blac's Law dictionary lo define como: "term applied most commonly to cestui que trust who enjoys ownership of the trust or estate in equity, but no legal title which remains in trustee or personal representative. El "usufructuary" is in civil law, one who has the usufruct or right of enjoying anything in which he has no property.
