English term or phrase: Completion Contract
Kind of Contract. In Spanish the word "Completación" does not exists. Is there any similar word.
This corresponds to a legal-business contract.
Also, I would like to know the exact menaing of the Word "Severability".
Fernando Garetto
un contrato de finalización (?)
Explanation:
1.
A KIND of contract, so literal translation MAY NOT be appropriate. Also contract completion (finalising the contract) is not the same as completion contract(a contract for 'completion').

Here they refer to completion equipment and completion technology:

EXTRACT:
Shell EXPRO And NAM Award Major Completion Contract....for the management and delivery of completion equipment. The contract is valued at approximately USD $120 Million.
Halliburton will supply completion equipment for Shell Expro's northern and southern oil and gas developments in the UK sector and NAM's onshore and offshore developments in Holland....through the integration of high-end completion technology and advanced management systems

It MAY be an contract for some kind of ancillary service in the petrochemical industry.

2.
Severability, from to 'sever' meaning to 'cut (off/out)'.

Example Clauses

1. If any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that portion shall be severed (EXCLUIDO) from this Agreement, the remainder of which shall continue in effect.
2. Invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement.

Commentary: These examples are typical of severability clauses commonly found in licensing agreements.

acabado y el porque explicacion abajo.

Explanation:
He mirado en diccionario de sinonimos y antonimos de la lengua espanola y esto es lo que he encontrado . Espero que te ayude ;-)
completo-ta : entero, integro,acabado, perfecto, lleno.
Integro equivale a entero.
Suerte.

depending on the sort of contract you can have these meanings:

Explanation:
1. if for the oil industry, it is usual to sign well or work completion contracts in which case the word to use is "completamiento".

2. if a general business contract, it is then a "contrato a término" this is, until completion date.

Hope this helps you.
