Puede tratarse de una traducción? Así, a bote pronto, he entendido la frase como "you should leave your team members to walk away as a winner", esto es, deberías abandonar a tus compañeros de equipo para convertirte en un ganador. Se trataría por tanto de una traducción incorrecta desde el español, por ejemplo. De no ser así, Trixi tiene razón y falta (o sobra) algo, porque la gramática no tiene pies ni cabeza.
