is an agreed percentage due to an agent, a representative or a middleman who deals with the counterparty and is is involved in the entire transaction.

Finding fees ="Honorarios de hallazgo" is a one time payment (agreed in advance or not), paid by the seller to somebody that did not participate in the negotiations with the counterparty, but that just provided useful information about the possibility of a transanction wit the potential customer.
