MM plural de millones
Looks like US$200MM, or in Spanish US$200.000.000. If this figure is being quoted in legal documents it would be $200.000.000 en dólares de los Estados Unidos de América. Please note that Spanish numbers use the period to separate thousands and the comma to separate decimals.
