hola delfina,

no sé si "con retraso" será común en américa latina, pero si a un trabajador le dices de esta manera que cobrará a mes vencido, lo más seguro es que te diga que el empleo te lo insertes por inem (instituto nacional de empleo, para los mal pensados)
