Deudor/ Beneficiario (o Acreedor)
The one who issues a promissory note
(una "letra" o un "pagare") is el DEUDOR.
That person who is to be paid is the
Beneficiario or Acreedor. Acreedor is
more "financially flavored term", but both are acceptable.
