|Attendees will be the GM, Operations Manager and Sales Manager of the winning District for 2001.|
The criteria will be as follows:
a) % overachievement of EBITDA, Actual vs Budget- 40% weight.
b) % overachievement of Existing Client Revenue, Actual vs Budget- 20% weight ( this cover all aspects of retaining clients, rate increases, Account Management, new business from existing clients).
c) % overachivement of New Client Revenue, Actual vs Budget- 20% weight ( this cover the entire new selling team including Sales Manager, Sales Reps, GM’s and Board selling efforts).
d) Sucessful integration and convesion of Acquisitions- High than 50 k CF- 20% weight ( this covers the added complexity of acquiring business in the markets as we are active here. Success still needs to be defined further, but obviously going live on SKP on scheduled dates, client retention and satisfaction, employee motivation and meeting budgeted plans are some key Criteria)
