De acuerdo con la traducción de 'increase split'. Aunque la frase completa como tú la has traducido, creo que no refleja bien el significado de la original. Creo que hay que decir que la compañía es generosa con los clientes en el reparto del aumento de precios. Es decir, que la compañía absorbe buena parte del mismo, como dice bigedsenior. Pero bigedsenior: no son los 'customers' que son 'generosos'...
