Hola,
esto es un texto sobre relojes de pulsera.
La frase dice:
"XXX is available with a high-tech, flexible construction stainless steel bracelet featuring a safety clasp with a wet suite diver’s extension and the added ease of push-button deployance or a Swiss made genuine black rubber strap, a premier for YYY".
(XXX es un modelo de reloj de la marca YYY).
Al utilizar "premier" como nombre, no estoy seguro de que lo de que la correa de caucho sea "a premier for" YYY quiera decir que sea una característica exclusiva, distintiva o un rasgo importante del artículo.
Naturalmente sólo pido ayuda con este "a premier for", no con toda la frase :-)

Según el contexto, pareciera que es la primera vez que los relojes XXX ofrecen esas opciones... entonces también podríamos decir que es "algo totalmente nuevo..."
