No acabo de entender el significado de "Consumer trust".

El contexto es el siguiente:

"Consumer trust
After the substantial decrease in xxx 2000 and the slight decrease in xxx and in xxx 2000, we can say that the consumer trust has remained stable in the first half of 2001. "

El contexto lo entiendo, pero no sé cuál sería la equivalencia de "consumer trust".....lo que me parece claro es que en este caso no es confianza (^_^')

¿Alguna idea?
