Me parece que el guión obedece a que tienes que seguir con "feedback". Sería: senior manager, guión de separación, y después field training feedback re.....

Sería más fácil con más contexto, pero del fragmento que suministras podría desprenderse esa interpretación.

agree  Bubo Coroman (X): creo que se refiere a los gerentes ejecutivos de varios departamentos, entonces "capacitación de campo para los gerentes ejecutivos" o si las personas en cuestión todavía no han accedido a su cargo, "de gerente ejecutivo" tal como pones

Creo que es para el cargo de Director/ Gerente Ejecutivo. No creo que sea una capacitación que esté proporcionando el Director Ejecutivo.(como instructor)
