I may have found the obstacle to justice I was searching for. We had new neighbors move in who are PGR. I gave them the Nava file of the federal crimes being committed by the squatter (xxx) in the white house. They have witnessed drug dealers and deportees at her house. The PGR came and served the residents of the older condominium next to Ms. xxx with legal papers in the daytime.
