pese a sonar literar, los textos legales contienen mucho lenguaje pomposo y la alternativa que te sugiero me parece acorde a la terminología de ese tipo de texto.
(por cierto, si bien puede estar en un contexto económico, me parece que es parte de un contrato)
Por otra parte podrías simplemente omitir la frase y no variaría la finalidad del mensaje, aunque perderías puntos con respecto a la formalidad del texto

Aunque no supone grandes diferencias quizás sería mejor LLEVADO AL EFECTO que en realidad quiere decir: que se lleva ese libro (se tiene el libro) a efectos (para-con el fin de) hacer constar en el mismo las cesiones de participación
