Estimados colegas:

Me encuentro traduciendo un acta de matrimonio de California, en la que se incluye una sección llamada "CERTIFICATION OF PERSON SOLEMNIZING MARRIAGE". Aquí se escriben los datos de la persona que casa a la pareja, y aparece un cuadro que dice OFFICIAL TITLE: DEPUTY COMM'R. Según lo que he investigado hasta ahora ésta parece ser la abreviatura de "DEPUTY COMMISSIONER", y la única traducción en español que he encontrado para COMMISSIONER ha sido ECÓNOMO. Quisiera que me ayudaran a confirmar esta información, o corregirla si es necesario. Mucho agradeceré la colaboración de aquellos que tengan experiencia en la traducción de actas de matrinonio californianas.
