el texto es el siguiente:

The undersigned expressly authorises the employer/licensing officer/permit officer to submit the said information and finger-prints...

Luego se vuelve a repetir pero en lugar de licensing/permit officer dice licensing/permit office.

Supongo que se traduciría por "oficial de permisos/licencias", pero me gustaría que me lo confirmasen.
